2-Day Program on Strategic Management

This 2-day program has 15 hours of ‘teaching time’. Of these, 9 hours are spent ‘in simulation’. This allows for a good, hands-on experience with the Transform! Simulation.

Advanced 5-Day Program on Leading Transformation
